License to Heal, LLC DBA Nurse Recovery Institute™

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing or participating in any consultation, coaching service, program, or digital product offered by License to Heal, LLC (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

Nurse Recovery Institute™ provides professional consulting, coaching, and educational services designed to support nurses navigating substance use recovery, licensure concerns, disciplinary processes, and career planning.

Services are consultative and educational in nature.

Services are NOT:

  • Medical treatment

  • Psychiatric care

  • Therapy

  • Legal representation

  • Legal advice

  • Clinical supervision

  • Emergency services

Participation does not create a provider–patient relationship, therapist–client relationship, or attorney–client relationship.

2. Client Responsibility

Client acknowledges that:

  • All decisions regarding medical care, psychiatric treatment, legal strategy, licensure reporting, employment, and compliance remain solely the Client’s responsibility.

  • The Company does not control or influence any Board of Nursing or regulatory authority.

  • The Client is responsible for independently verifying all requirements with their respective Board of Nursing or licensing body.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While Nurse Recovery Institute™ provides structured guidance and strategic navigation support, outcomes depend on individual circumstances and regulatory decisions.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding:

  • License protection

  • License reinstatement

  • Avoidance of discipline

  • Employment outcomes

  • Board decisions

4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

All payments are due at time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the nature of professional consulting and digital services:

  • All sales are final.

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • Failure to complete a program does not entitle Client to a refund.

If a payment plan is selected:

  • Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments.

  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Outstanding balances may be pursued as permitted by law.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Individual Sessions (Consults or Coaching Sessions)

  • Client may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ written notice.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and will not be refunded.

  • No-shows are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.

Coaching Programs (8-Week or 12-Week Programs)

  • Program start dates are binding once confirmed.

  • Clients may request to reschedule a session within the program with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.

  • Programs are non-refundable once initiated.

Company Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including:

  • Frameworks

  • Worksheets

  • Session content

  • Recorded materials

  • Written guides

Are the intellectual property of License to Heal, LLC.

Client may not reproduce, distribute, record, share, or resell materials without prior written permission.

7. Confidentiality

The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality of client communications.

However:

  • Electronic communications (email, video platforms, scheduling systems) may not be fully secure.

  • The Company may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order.

Client is responsible for safeguarding login credentials and private access links.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, License to Heal, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Disciplinary action by a Board of Nursing

  • Employment termination

  • Legal outcomes

  • Health-related events

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.

9. Emergency Situations

Nurse Recovery Institute™ does not provide crisis intervention or emergency services.

If Client experiences:

  • Suicidal ideation

  • Psychiatric emergency

  • Medical emergency

  • Acute withdrawal

Client agrees to contact 911 or appropriate emergency services immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

11. Agreement

By completing checkout and submitting payment, Client acknowledges that they:

  • Have read and understand these Terms & Conditions

  • Agree to be bound by them

  • Accept responsibility for their decisions

  • Understand services are consultative and educational
